Hop Hop Hop aaaaand FLY

So some people are aware that I'll finally be getting back to the point of this blog for a while this summer. I'll be going on a road trip with Irwin and some friends of ours. Finally hitting the Deep South, where I didn't go before because that's just a bad idea and a half to hitch that alone. This time, we'll be camping it most of the time. And we'll be gone for a month and a half about.
I'm really excited for the desert. If you have any suggestions, let me know!

Are you doing the coastline? Now might not be the best time, what with the idiots at BP...
But if you're going anyway, hit up New Orleans!

Lacey, as long as they aren't fishing, I'd say they'll be fine.

Hey Sparrow. I'm just wondering if you're really planing on camping the WHOLE way. Campsites are not in town and cost money, so they won't save you much over staying at a cheap hotel or hostel in addition to being very inconvenient if you want to spend a few nights in town in places like New Orleans. Or any major city, really.
Also, it's summer. You'll have to book the campsites in advance.

you guys are hilarious. Thanks for the suggestions though! They look awesome.
Kalaydascope, thanks for the advice. I'll bring that up with my friends.

Oh Oh! Mooney Falls! If you'll be at the Grand Canyon National Park, you should check out Mooney Falls. It's magical.

And the Sky Deck. Didn't they build an observation deck that juts out over the Grand Canyon with a see through floor? Awesome! Unless you get vertigo.

Yeah. If you're scared of heights, don't go. But if you're scared of heights, what would you be doing at the Grand Canyon anyway?
